About David Tebbutt and his partner network
Blank

Who is David Tebbutt?
David Tebbutt    You may have encountered him as an editor, a writer, a communication skills trainer, a computer programmer or an IT manager. He's won awards for both his software and his writing.

In2010, he was given an irresistible chance to create a new magazine Blue & Green Tomorrow which reduced, but didn't eliminate, his ability to help clients unearth, write, polish and share their stories with the outside world of prospects, customers, journalists, venture capitalists and bloggers. As launch editor, he published five editions of the magazine and handed over to the publisher in mid-2011.

Since then, he has been working as a part of the 6Connex EMEA team which implements virtual environments (online exhibitions, events, meetings, collaboration and training.) This satisfies his deep interests in IT, effective communication and the environment.

And he still runs media skills training courses and writes the occasional article although, it has to be said, his personal blog has dropped down his priorities recently.

And who are his partners?
As you might imagine, David has worked closely with many people, especially since he moved from IT to the media in 1979 with the relaunch of Personal Computer World.

Some have proven, time and again, to be good colleagues for certain types of project. These are his partners. They each have their own businesses, quite separate from David's, but they're more than happy to join him, or have him join them, in business to business communication projects. His editorial standards are high and if he does invite others to help with writing projects, he ensures that they meet his exacting standards.

His network contains business strategists, marketing communications and PR professionals, writers and recording specialists (voice and video). He partners with people he's worked with before and who will be appropriate for the task at hand. If he doesn't see a role for himself, he will simply introduce you to an appropriate outside agency. This would be the case, for example, were you to want a website built or a mini-book printed.

His long term media skills training partner is Martin Banks, a journalist of many years' standing. They have been running training courses and messaging workshops since 1988 and have trained over 3500 individuals from over 200 companies.
